President's Office Fall '25 & Spring '26 (HOLDs)

Event Description:

Monday, September 29, 2025: DH-122 (Q-Side) reserved for In Person: Brown Bag Lunch: History of CUNY 101 (12 - 1 pm). On 10/14/2025 the Q-Side and Patio were released by Claudia via email for 11/5/2025. On 11/12, a request was made for the Patio Room to be released on 12/15; the President's Office continues to have the Patio Room on 12/8 and 12/10. On 12/2--Erika from the President's Office approved the release of the Patio Room for 12/15 (Comp. Sci. Final Exam Prep.) On 12/16/25--Claudia from the President's Office approved the release of the Patio Room and Q-side for 12/17/25 (SEEK Staff Meeting). On 12/18/25-- Claudia from the President's Office confirmed that Stacey approved the release of the Patio Room for 1/7/26, 1/21/26, and 1/28/26. On 1/6/2026-- Claudia from the President's Office approved the release of the Q-side Lounge from 8 am to 2 pm on 1/21/2026. On 1/9/2026--Claudia from the President's Office approved the release of the Patio Room and Q-side lounge on 1/26/2026. On 1/15, Claudia released the Patio Room in anticipation of the Knights News Luncheon with Pres. Wu scheduled on March 4, 2026--SH. On 1/21/2026-- per Sylvia, the Patio Room hold on 5/4/2026 and 5/6/2026 was consolidated for the Marshals Luncheon event reservation. On 1/27/2026- the Q-Side Lounge was released by C. Knoblauch for ITS' event on 1/28/2026--SH. On 2/3/2026-The release of the Q-side was approved by Stacey and Claudia over a Teams phone call for February 4th, 2026. On 2/6/2026 --Stacey approved the release of the Patio Room for an event scheduled on 2/11/2026. On 2/10/2026-- Stacey approved the release of the Patio Room on 2/18/2026 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. The Patio Room reservation for April 6 & April 7, 2026, released by S. Romano for B. Jones on 2/25/2026 SH. On 2/25/26 SR released the Patio for Senior Toast Class of 2026. On 3/3/2026--the Q-Side was released by C. Knoblauch. On 3/10/2026 the Patio Room was released by C. Knoblauch per B. Jones' request--SH.
